Both the plans namely LIC New Money Back Plan No. 920 ( Policy term 20 Years) and LIC New Money Back Plan No. 921 ( Policy term 25 Years) are non-linked, participating life insurance plans. They propose the insurer not only life insurance cover but also a promise of periodic payments throughout the policy term in case of Survival of the Insured during the policy term. At the time of maturity, you also get a lump sum amount and the bonuses associated with the policy can give a much higher return value.
The plan also provides and option to take Loan against the policy basis the surrender value attained.
